FIRST WORLD WAR CENTENARY COMMEMORATION
At “The Westwood” on the 10thNovember 2018 we will mark
100 Years since the End of the Conflict
There has been such interest and publicity about the Great War over the last 4 years that I am sure a number of you will have researched relatives or friends who fought and perished in the Great War of 1914 – 1918.
At our Commemoration, it is intended to have a personal roll call of those of your relatives or friends who lost their lives during this period.
If you would wish to include your friend or relative in our commemoration, please email a short statement alongside a photograph if you have one.
For example;
Frank Joseph Whatmough, a member of Pattison Lodge, died on the 1st July 1916, aged 29, on the first day of the Battle of the Somme.
NOTE: They don’t have to have been a Mason to be included.
